If you are new to bread making or just not getting good results when you make dough, then this tip sheet may help.

It is a list of tips and suggestions that I have created from my own experiences (good and bad!) when making bread.
I use bread dough to not only make loaves of bread, but also to create scrolls, rolls, pull-aparts, flavoured breads, and I use other types of dough to make focaccia, pizza bases and gozlemes, tortillas, naan…the list goes on. So I think it is well worth becoming familiar with how to dough works, and how to create it.

If you are seeking recipe inspiration you can see a full list of my dough recipes here.

Click on the image to download and print the information sheet, and start baking!
