I use bread dough to not only make loaves of bread, but also to create scrolls, rolls, pull-aparts, flavoured breads, and I use other types of dough to make focaccia, pizza bases and gozlemes, tortillas, naan…the list goes on. So I think it is well worth becoming familiar with how to dough works, and how to create it.
