My slow cooker is going to get a workout this week!
• Osso Bucco with Gremolata
• Lasagne. Made with ragu using this recipe, and bechamel sauce (page 58 in the EDC and 246 in the Basic Cookbook)
• Vegetable Curry. I use the same recipe as I use when making Fish Curry. But substitute the fish with a mixture of vegetables such as kumara, potatoes, squash, cauliflower, broccoli (use whatever vegetables you enjoy). The recipe for the fish curry is here. It is very versatile, I have also cooked this recipe with chicken instead of fish, with great results.
• Mid week roast lamb. I love this recipe from Nikalene who blogs at Skinnymixers
